The concept for this project was simple: reach #1 in the SERPS for the Hungarian sightseeing bus market.
This comprehensive rebrand of Hop on Hop off Budapest was completed by creating an informative and user-focused website, highly optimized presence on travel platforms, and end-to-end user journey from discovery to billing.
01 - DEVELOPMENT
Creating the entire user flow involved developing a number of independent but highly connected systems, doing integration tests on new features deployed gradually. This work had to be coordinated between Design, Marketing and Development teams, syncing content & design delivery with development efforts to avoid major interruptions.
The end result was a completely integrated system where our team had control over the entire user experience.

01 - SEO & Marketing
Content creation on relevant subjects, such as information about the historic sights passed by the tours and regular blogging laid the foundation for link-building with high-relevance partner sites. This simple strategy quickly started bringing tangible results in the SERPs.
Over the course of this project, the site had ranked on the top of the results for multiple high value, high volume queries, funneling interested users organically through SEO, and through targeted ads in multiplatform PPC & remarketing campaigns.
