This project started off as an attempt to gain presence in a niche with long-time established leaders. Today, it is the top result of almost every Google search related to its services.
Development
The frontend of the website was built using PHP and JavaScript, fetching data initially from a WordPress backend, later rebuilt using a custom CMS+CRM to handle all business needs.
Responsiveness and speed optimization were key, since most of the searches in this market are initiated from mobile.
Marketing
The strategy for achieving a solid presence in the digital space for this Pub Crawl was simple but effective: analyze search behaviors of the most high-intent users, identify the biggest strengths and weaknesses of our main competitors, and start creating higher quality content than them.
All of the SEO efforts were focused on the 3 searches that bring the most high-intent traffic, leading the most interested users straight to a robust funnel, supported by PPC and Remarketing campaigns - successfully proving the saying that "90% of your revenue comes from 10% of your searches".
